\nIt is time to spend the most magical night in an exclusive location. Masseria Rifisa<\/strong> is ready to greet you for New Year\u2019s Eve 2021<\/strong>, offering unique experiences full of tradition, tastes and conviviality on the notes of the best music.<\/p>\n

On this night it is possible to taste our chef delicacies and our best local products, while Shary Antonaci, part of Atmosfera Blu, will accompany us with her wonderful black voice until midnight. From midnight on Fabio Lenny DJ set will start 2022 with a good rhythm.<\/p>\n

WELCOME COCKTAIL

\nNachiro organic extra virgin olive oil tasting with homemade slices of toasted bread<\/p>\n

Prosecco and olive tree leaf cold brew with honey and zest.<\/p>\n

SEAFOOD APPETIZER <\/strong>
\nSmall pieces of lukewarm barbecued octopus, seasoned with laurel and piper cubeba with Nachiro oil, on a bed of pureed DOP Galatina potato soup and vincotto marinated crisp lampascione<\/p>\n

MEAT APPETIZER<\/strong>
\nChiusura di sotto limousine bite-sized beef on a bed of Zollino dwarf peas with crisp slice of toasted baguette seasoned with Nachiro oil and rosemary in hot cup.<\/p>\n

MEAT FIRST COURSE
\n<\/strong>
\nCappellacci with porcino mushrooms and a mix of selected meat cooked according to tradition, with tartufo nero added during the cooking and flakes of early-aged hay seasoned ricotta marzotica.<\/p>\n

SEAFOOD FIRST COURSE
\n<\/strong>
\nDurum wheat semolina pasta spindle-curled with monkfish and prawns mirepoix, thyme seared tomato, bread crumble seasoned with Sardinian mullet bottarga and Mediterranean spices.<\/p>\n

SEAFOOD SECOND COURSE
\n<\/strong>
\nMediterranean fish soup with king prawn and seafood, flavoured with tomato cooked in carta fata cooking foil.<\/p>\n
