Masseria Rifisa swimming pool water is heated from October to May to about 33° C .
A swim, more regenerative if added to the exclusive use of the wellness centre, thanks to which you can relax, surrounded by the priceless Salento countryside view.
Relax goes on with a glass of wine or a hot infusion on the observation veranda facing the swimming pool. There guests can savour the specialities of our agriproduct appetizers, made with very fresh ingredients from our farm production like EVO Nachiro oil, wines from Masseria S. Elena, meats from Masseria Chiusura di Sotto farming and vegetables from fields.
Masseria Rifisa, thanks to our constant attention to nature and environment, uses a fully ecological system to heat the swimming pool, that is the biomass boiler. This is fed by woods derived from uprooted olive trees because of the bacterium Xylella. This way everything is recovered, and anything is lost, guaranteeing water heating and safeguarding environment.
